Refund & Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with CarryHive. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unworn / unused, with all original tags (if applicable)
- In the original packaging
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine)
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at:

When you contact us, please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A brief description of the reason
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
- A return authorization
- The return shipping address (this may vary depending on the product and your location)
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
⚠️ Items sent back to any address without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally:
- Paid by the customer
If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, defect, significant damage), we may:
- Provide a prepaid return label, or
- Offer a replacement or partial refund without requiring a return, depending on the situation and product type
4. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective,
- Damaged in transit, or
- You received the wrong item
Email us at support@carryhive.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right (replacement, reshipment, or refund, depending on the case).
5. Non-Returnable / Limited-Return Items
The following items are non-returnable, except where required by law or if they arrive damaged/defective:
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked as such on the product page)
- Items that have been used, heavily worn, or are not in resaleable condition
- Items returned without original packaging (where packaging is essential, e.g., kits)

6. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct product-for-product exchanges.
If you’d like a different item or variant:
- Request a return for the original item
- Once your return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the product you want
7. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will:
- Notify you if the refund is approved or rejected
- If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method
Refund timing:
- We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after the return is received/approved
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@carryhive.com.
8. Late or Missing Deliveries
Our products are fulfilled through trusted logistics partners. Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to:
- Carrier delays
- Seasonal demand (e.g., holiday periods / Q4)
- Customs or local postal delays
If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@carryhive.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier and provide next steps (tracking updates, reshipment, or refund assessment).
9. Order Cancellations & Changes
Because we begin processing orders quickly:
- We cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify an order once it has been placed
- If you need to change or cancel, contact support@carryhive.com as soon as possible with your order number
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow the standard return process.
